How to operate a still - Mini still in action

I have a small test still, which is constructed from standard materials which you can obtain very easily. I will describe the construction of the cooler in the "How to build a still" section. I use this set up to distill very small quantities of mash, in this case fermented apple juice as a test. I sometimes distill the skin of oranges or herbs /spices to isolate the strong flavour in order to be used for my liquours.
